An exciting opportunity for a qualified Chef has arisen for our Oaks hospital, based in Colchester. As Chef, you will be working alongside our Head Chef and Second chef, and long established team, you will be responsible for the development and provision of high quality freshly made nutritious meals served to our patients and staff on a daily basis.  The role includes supervising Catering Assistants and being responsible for the all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef/Second Chef.  You will be confident self-motivated with previous experience in a fast paced catering environment.
